Academics - Religion / Faith
Students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade have Religious instruction on a daily basis. There are two major components of our Religion program: Learning our Faith and Living our Faith. Students are encouraged to apply the foundation of our Faith to their everyday lives.

Although the majority of our students are Catholic, we invite students of all Religious denominations to come to SES. While we do require all students to participate in the Religious instruction and services, we also look to students of other Faiths to enrich our learning.

An important part of our Mission is to "celebrate our Catholic identity", which we do in many ways. Here are just a few examples:

* Daily school - wide morning Prayer
* Daily Religious instruction
* Frequent class visits to our school Chapel
* Prayer Services
* Class Masses celebrated in our school Chapel
* Sacramental instruction
* Monthly student-prepared Masses
* May Crowning
* Class Prayer
* Reciting the Rosary
* Celebration of the Liturgical Season
* Stations of the Cross
* School-wide Christmas Program
* Community Service projects
* Frequent visits from our Pastors

These are just some of the ways we incorporate Our Faith into our daily lives. Many people say that when they come to visit our school, they can feel the Spirit!
